Counseling Department

The Counseling Department consists of four counselors: Two for academics and two for emotional. There is one male and one female for both academic and emotional counseling. All the counselors are between the ages 28 and 39. The counselors have an open door policy. Students may choose the counselor that he or she would like to speak with. Upon entering the room, there is confidentiality between the student and the counselor. The Academic councilors work with the students and help prepare them for college applications. The Academic Counselors help in many ways. Two ways are the administration of the PSAT and aiding in the creation of a resume.  Test preparation is also provided for anyone who wants to improve his or her SAT or ACT score.
